The Education Support and Youth Networking Program (ESYN) is a program to help indigenous youth graduates from high school ready to go to college. The action of this program helps to find accommodation, orientation, and discussing for students.
In Cambodia, indigenous youth have little chance of obtaining a higher education compared to the young Cambodian. Indigenous youth and indigenous communities receive lucrative and low education information. Most of the indigenous minority living areas are poor, lacking schools and no teachers. Many indigenous students are poor can’t go to school because of their poor living conditions. On the other hand, the institutional framework provided by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) is limited and very few of the minority youth receive the required level of education. It is not because of a lack of work, which is a priority for students in remote and poor areas but, unfortunately, this priority is not given to indigenous students.
For prostitutes, there are very few indigenous students who have sought and attended college after having finished high school in the twelfth grade. And some graduates at primary school age when they are between the ages of 15 and 20. Until now, about fifteen percent of the total number of young indigenous people students who have graduated from high school and continue to studying at the college.
